The cottage is in a rural hamlet close to the sailing waters of Falmouth, with easy access to passenger ferries to St Mawes, Flushing, and Truro. The cottage features one double bedroom, one small twin room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining/living room with an inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with rear access to the parking area, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Well-behaved pets are also welcome at Halvosso.
Amenities at the cottage include oil-fired central heating, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player, WiFi, and electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also provided, along with a phone for incoming calls only, a cot, highchair, and fixed stair gate. Off-road parking is available for one car, and the garden is enclosed. Up to three small, well-behaved pets are allowed with a supplement of £20 per pet per week.
