The property sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. The master bedroom boasts a spacious layout with a high vaulted ceiling and beams, while the twin room features custom-made cabin beds that are perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower for added convenience.
As you ascend the stairs, you will find an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge offers a picturesque view of the rural countryside and even glimpses of the sea through the stable door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, providing a true home-away-from-home experience. Guests can access the garden through a side gate, where they can enjoy a summer BBQ or relax in the private hot tub, available for an additional fee. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, with a surcharge of £35 per dog.

Please note that Granary Barn and other cottages at Helscott Barns are available for weekly rentals during peak periods, with a Friday start for Granary, Acorn, and Ivy, and a Saturday start for Rose and Oak. Short breaks are available from September to June. The property's rural location offers easy access to the natural beauty of Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and North Devon Coast, as well as cultural attractions like The Castle Bude and the Museum of Witchcraft.
