The cottage accommodates up to four guests, offering two bedrooms with quaint peeping windows that provide scenic views of the valley and the River Fal below. The estate encompasses 300 acres of stunning countryside, with the river bordering three sides, allowing guests ample opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, there is a small sandy beach at the bottom of the parkland, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Throughout the year, the estate hosts various events, including parkruns and canoeing courses, providing guests with numerous recreational activities. For those looking to explore further, the King Harry Ferry offers scenic trips along the river to St Mawes, a home-like destination worth visiting. From St Mawes, guests can easily connect to the South West Coast Path, which presents opportunities for day-long hikes along the breathtaking headlands of the Roseland Peninsula.
