Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.

The apartment features an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer in the kitchen, as well as a small communal lawn to the front and a balcony with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars is available in allocated spaces to the front, and there is a travel cot available for families with young children. Pets are allowed at an extra charge of £35 per pet per week, and gas and electricity are included in the rent.

Guests should note that there are approximately 50 steps up to the apartment along the tarmac pathway, making it unsuitable for those with mobility restrictions. Smoking is not allowed, and adult supervision is required on the balcony at all times. The changeover time is arrival at 3:00pm and departure at 10am.
