This rustic and old-fashioned cottage features a range of amenities, including a hot tub, open fire, and the option to bring pets. The entrance to the cottage is accessed from the back, where a key can be found in a key minder next to the door. There is parking available for 1 car outside the garages alongside the cottages.

Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a large, bright kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and freestanding fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom, located off the kitchen, features a large wash basin, separate shower, and a spacious circular bath. The living room boasts two comfortable sofas, a log burner for winter months, LED satellite TV, and a door leading to a spacious conservatory with stunning sea views.

Outside, guests can relax in the hot tub and enjoy a built-in BBQ on the patio overlooking the garden and sea view. The garden is secured with a bottom gate, and upstairs, there are two bedrooms - a twin room with a courtyard view and a master bedroom with panoramic ocean views. An upstairs toilet is also provided for convenience. The cottage is conveniently located near the beach in Torpoint, with local landmarks such as Port Eliot House and Gardens nearby. Adventure Bay Surf School and Antony Woodland Garden are also worth visiting in the area. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required after booking.
