The property is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Widemouth's Blue Flag beaches, popular with families, surfers, walkers, and sunbathers.

Widemouth Bay is situated on the South West Coast path and offers a great base for exploring Cornwall by foot, car, or bike. The village has two pubs, a farm shop, fish and chip shop, and beach cafe serving Cornish cream teas and ice creams. The property also has off-road parking on a shared private drive. However, please note that there is currently building work taking place on the land adjacent to the Summerhouse through 2023, which may cause noise during working hours. The property is cleaned before and after each stay with recommended virucidal products compliant with EN 14476 standards.
