Just minutes from the beach, Estuary View is the perfect location from which to enjoy the surf and stunning stretch of South West coastal Path which runs from Hayle Estuary towards Godrevy Lighthouse. Take in caves, coves, tidal lagoons, sand dunes and dramatic cliffs along the way. Bedroom 1 - One double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelving and storage. Bedroom 2 - Bed which converts to 2 full size singles or 1 large double, built-in wardrobe, shelving unit and storage. Lounge/Diner - 3 Seater sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs, Welsh dresser, digi flat screen T.V., DVD , patio doors opening onto deck. Kitchen - Modern and well equipped with fitted units, oven & ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. Shower Room - Shower cubicle, WHB , W.C, heated towel rail, shelving unit. Outside - Enclosed decking area with bench, table and two armchairs. The property also features dedicated, private Wifi access. This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day.
