The chalet sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with a double bed, bunk beds, and a sofa bed available upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The nearest beach is 2 miles away, and amenities are available on-site. Outside, there is a patio with a picnic bench, designated barbecue area, and children's play area on the estate. Parking is available nearby with ample space.

Important details include electricity included in the rent, panel heaters in all main rooms, underfloor heating, and hot water by electric immersion. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property, and there is no WiFi, but it can be accessed at the clubroom onsite. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
