The cottage is conveniently located near St Erth main line rail station and a bus service that connects to Penzance, Hayle, and St Ives, as well as the A30 for easy access by car.

The accommodation features two bedrooms, a double with TV and DVD, and a twin, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath on the ground floor. The lounge/diner includes exposed beams, a woodburner effect electric fire, and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.
