The cottage is conveniently positioned between St Ives, Hayle, and Penzance, making it an ideal base for walkers, beach lovers, and surfers. Just a short drive away from Mounts Bay, visitors can relax in cafes and bistros while enjoying stunning views of St Michaels Mount. The cottage is also close to the coastal walks and beaches of St Ives Bay, known for its artistic heritage and surfing opportunities, as well as the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove and Land's End to the west.

Penzance, the largest town in the area, offers plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Visitors can also take day trips to the Isles of Scilly, explore Newlyn Harbour and Mousehole, or visit various National Trust properties, AONB walks, and beaches. Local attractions include the Tate Modern in St Ives, Tremenheere Sculpture gardens, Poldark and Geevor Tin mines, and the Minack Theatre. The cottage is conveniently located near St Erth main line rail station and a bus service that connects to Penzance, Hayle, and St Ives, as well as the A30 for easy access by car.

The accommodation features two bedrooms, a double with TV and DVD, and a twin, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath on the ground floor. The lounge/diner includes exposed beams, a woodburner effect electric fire, and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Outside, there is an enclosed garden area with furniture and a BBQ, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional parking nearby. Amenities such as bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels), electric, gas central heating, and Wi-Fi are included, with no smoking allowed on the property. The beach is 2 miles away, with pubs and shops within walking distance, and arrival is from 3pm, with Friday arrivals welcome during March, April, September, and October.
