The traditional village of Mevagissey, known for its pilchard fishery, is a short drive away and features a working harbour, cob and slate buildings, and a ferry to Fowey. Nearby attractions include National Trust properties, The Eden Project, and the Tall Ships at Charlestown, providing fun for the whole family.

Upon entering the stone building, guests are greeted by a spacious dual aspect lounge with exposed stone and beams, large seating, and a Smart TV for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen/diner features a dining table for four, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. A separate WC and stairs lead to the first of two bedrooms, a twin with a TV and en suite shower room. The master bedroom offers a double bed, en suite shower room, and a sitting area with TV for peace and quiet.
