Hot water and electricity are included in the price, with the exception of a £1 slot meter for the Eco radiator in the lounge, located in the front bedroom wardrobe.

Upstairs, guests will find a twin bedded bedroom with countryside views and a double bedded bedroom with a garden view. A travel cot is available for guests with a baby. Bed linen is provided, excluding bedding for the travel cot, and towels are provided except for beach towels. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the cottage. Check-in time is after 10 am on Saturday, with check-out at 10 am the following Saturday. Upon receipt of the deposit, guests will receive directions and key information for their stay.
