This first floor apartment, laid out across two levels, makes a fantastic home base for any Cornish holiday. Located on the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and the other with twin single beds, as well as a shower room with walk-in shower.

Head up to the second floor and you'll find yourself in what is unquestionably the most spectacular part of the apartment, the open-plan living area, which has lovely exposed beams, wooden flooring, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular Cornish views. In the sitting room area, you can entertain yourself with the flatscreen TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player as well as the sound system.

There's also a superbly equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, and a handy washing machine, as well as a dining table seating four for enjoying meals together.

If you want to relax outside on those sunny days without having to venture far, there's also a shared patio area which you're welcome to enjoy.
