The property is well-equipped with a wood-burning stove, contemporary furniture, and a fully functional kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and washing machine.

The main bedroom in Puffins is spacious with a vaulted ceiling, a double bed, and plenty of storage options. There are also two additional bedrooms - a single and a double - that are stylish and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is bright and light, complete with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Recent updates to the property include a dishwasher, new flooring, and new windows, enhancing the comfort and convenience of the cottage.

Guests at Puffins have sole access to the entire property during their stay, and well-behaved dogs and older children are welcome. However, the design of the building may not be suitable for young children due to steps between levels and ladders to storage areas in two of the bedrooms. The cottage is conveniently located near the coast, offering easy access to Tintagel Visitors Centre, South West Coast Path Section 12 Trailhead, and various water activities such as snorkeling, surfing, and swimming. The outdoor terrace with a table, chairs, BBQ, and chimenea provides a perfect setting to enjoy Cornish evenings.
