This memorable property is laid out entirely on the ground floor. The sitting room is cosy with an electric wood-effect fire, a TV, and a telephone with an honesty box. Self catering is a breeze with the well equipped kitchen which features an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer to make tidying up easy. When food is ready, you can sit down at the dining table for four and enjoy it together.

Brook Cottage has two bedrooms, both of which enjoy superb sea views. One is a double with king-size bed, the other is a twin with two single beds. There's also a shower room with shower, sink, and WC.

Outside, as well as enjoying the local coastal walks, you can relax on a communal grassed area situated to the side of the cottage.
