The newly-built ground floor property is perfect for families or couples, with a private patio area featuring seating and a BBQ. The modern open plan living space includes a large wall-mounted Smart TV, well-equipped kitchen area, and patio doors leading out to a large shared lawn area.

The property has two bedrooms, including one double bed and one twin bed that can be converted into a super king-size bed upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided for free, and the property is accessible as it is set all on one level. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washer/dryer. A travel cot and highchair are provided for families, but no cot linen is included.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio area with a picnic bench and BBQ grill, as well as a shared garden area. Pets are not allowed, and there is plenty of parking space available for two to three cars. The nearest beach and amenities are both 1.0 miles away, and check-in is at 7pm with check-out at 9am. Free WiFi is provided, and central heating is available throughout the property. Important notes include no smoking allowed and the possibility of needing to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
