The cottage has been completely refurbished with a contemporary interior, including a cosy sitting room with new furniture in 2021, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a stunning bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The two generous bedrooms at Island House offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with one featuring a king-size bed with a new luxury mattress in 2021, and the other containing a four-foot and a three-foot bed. Outside, guests can enjoy a courtyard-style garden surrounded by a high wall, creating a suntrap for relaxation and outdoor dining. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property, and bookings are only available from Saturday to Saturday.

Located in Helston, near theme parks and the sea, Island House is a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.
