Located in Launceston, Cornwall in the South West of England, this traditional barn sleeps 4 people and features an open fire. Set within 32 acres of privately owned Cornish countryside, the barn is situated alongside the owner's home and the St Sidwell Holy Well, an ancient monument dating back to 790 AD. The two bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower room, as well as a second bedroom with twin single beds and an en suite bathroom. The River Inny runs through the grounds, offering a peaceful spot for guests to unwind.

Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed stoned outdoor space with comfortable furniture, flowers, and greenery. This private area is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the views, and dining al fresco on sunny mornings.
