The traditional village of Mevagissey, once the centre of Cornwall's pilchard fishery, is just a short drive away and features a working harbour, cob and slate buildings, and a ferry to the nearby port of Fowey. Upon entering the former mill workers cottage, guests will find a hallway perfect for storing holiday gear. The kitchen/diner is a great place for pre-meal conversations and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The lounge features exposed beams, a coal effect electric fire, TV, and beautiful views of the grounds. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a twin bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom, can also be found on the ground floor.
