It can accommodate up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, which include 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The property features a well-equipped kitchen with amenities such as an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and washing machine. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels, although they are advised to bring their own beach towels.

The bungalow is part of a complex of 12 properties, offering guests access to communal gardens and a heated outdoor swimming pool, typically available from May to September. The patio area outside provides a space for relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty. Parking is available in an allocated space just a 50-meter level walk from the property, with additional visitor parking spaces also provided.

Guests are reminded that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. Children over 2 years old are welcome, but those under 4.5 years are not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons. The changeover day for this vacation home is Saturday, with check-in at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Additional details, such as an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, may be required, and full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
