Located in Dobwalls, Cornwall, 21 Meadow Retreat is a single-storey lodge that sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The lodge features a king-size bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with modern appliances such as an electric oven, gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and wine cooler. Entertainment amenities include two TVs with Freeview and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with a hot tub and table and chairs. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not allowed on the property.

Guests staying at 21 Meadow Retreat can enjoy gas central heating, bed linen, towels, and fuel and power included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children. The lodge is conveniently located near a shop and pub, with various restrictions in place for safety, such as children needing to be accompanied on the balcony decking area and pets being kept on leads at all times. Barbecues are not permitted on the site, and electric vehicle charging is also not allowed.
