Located in Penzance, Cornwall, this lovely 2-bedroom cottage in the grounds of Kenegie Manor in Gulval is a homely retreat just 1.5 miles from Penzance town and 7 miles from St Ives. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room, a lounge, dining area, and a shower room. Guests will have access to all electric, towels, and linen, as well as full use of Kenegie Manor facilities such as an indoor pool, tavern, restaurant, tennis courts, and sauna during their opening times from Easter to October.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, adjustments have been made to the cottage description. The swimming pool will be closed until 27th July, and restrictions will be imposed at the bar and restaurant. The kitchen will only have equipment for the relevant number of people to reduce transmission risks, and the welcome pack will only include basics like tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. Guests are advised to contact any activities or restaurants they wish to visit before arrival to check access requirements and bring face coverings when needed.

The owner hopes to welcome guests by mid-July and requests patience and understanding during this time. Arrival and departure times have been temporarily changed to 5pm and 9am, respectively, to ensure thorough cleaning and adherence to current policies. Located by the sea, the cottage is near attractions like Tremenheere Sculpture Garden and Acorn Theatre. Guests can also enjoy water adventures like jet skiing, sailing, and surfing nearby, as well as horse riding and other outdoor activities in the area. Short breaks are available throughout the year, with the cottage open all year round.
