One of the cottages, named Delphy after a nearby stone bridge, is a single-storey building with exposed beams and modern amenities. The open plan living area includes a washer/tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, TV with DVD/freeview, and Wi-Fi access. Outside, guests can enjoy a private BBQ facility in an enclosed courtyard garden. The cottage sleeps four people with a double bed and a captain's bed with a pull-out guest bed, making it suitable for couples, families, or small groups.

Located in Bodmin, the cottage is in a rural area close to attractions such as the North Cornwall Museum and Cornwall at War Museum.
