Outside, there is a shared external utility and a shared conservatory with coffee-making facilities in the spacious grounds, as well as off-road parking for one car. The location is ideal for enjoying activities such as walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail.
