It features modern luxuries and is furnished to a high standard, with stone and granite steps leading to the first floor accommodation. The spacious living room receives sunshine all day through roof lights and offers stunning views across the valley from the south facing veranda.

The cottage includes one large double room with a King size bed and a small sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 young children. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is part of a secluded rural hideaway on a private estate spanning 45 acres. The estate offers a nature trail, wildlife ponds, a games room, pitch ‘n’ putt, and a children's outdoor play area, as well as grazing sheep and alpacas in the fields.

For an additional charge, guests can book private sessions in the hot tub or swim spa located in the old waterwheel pit just a short walk from the cottage. Sessions are priced at £25 each or £100 for 5 sessions, with a maximum of 4 people per session. The cottage offers a peaceful retreat, with a balcony providing privacy from other guests on site. The area surrounding the cottage offers activities such as Trethorne Leisure Park, Bowood Park Golf Course, The Hidden Valley Discovery Park, and Launceston Steam Railway, making it an ideal destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
