The annexe features an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, as well as a neat shower room. Outside, there is a small patio area with furniture and off-road parking for one car, making it a great choice for a relaxing break near the Cornish coast.
The amenities at Little Lanes include storage heating, an electric fire, an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Guests can also enjoy TV and WiFi, with fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are provided, and two well-behaved pets are welcome. The property is non-smoking and suitable for 2 adults and a child up to 12 years old. Additionally, a metal frame fold-up bed is available upon request for additional sleeping arrangements.
