Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a leather sofa bed, TV/DVD, wood burner, and a selection of games, books, and DVDs. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. A door leads to the shower room, beautifully presented with an antique wash stand, shower, and WC. The accommodation also includes a small single bedroom and a light and airy double bedroom with French doors to the garden.

Outside, the cottage boasts a beautiful enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, garden games, and a charcoal BBQ. Guests are welcome to explore the 35 acres of land extending to Crowdy Reservoir and Bodmin Moor. Ample off-road parking is available. Please note that while the accommodation is on one floor, there are split levels separated by steps both inside and outside the property.
