Badgers Sett is a charming ground floor barn conversion located on the owner's working farm near Lanivet in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps three people in two cozy bedrooms - a double and a single room. The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric wood-effect fire. Guests can enjoy off-road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden.

The cottage offers modern amenities such as electric central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. The water supply comes from a borehole on-site and is double filtered. Shared laundry access will be available from the 17th of May due to legislation on shared indoor communal areas.

Located near Bodmin, Lanivet is a quaint village with a fish and chip restaurant, a pub, and some shops. Bodmin, the main town in the area, offers a shopping center and attractions like the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and Bodmin Jail.
