The property is set over 2 floors and includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is free WiFi throughout the cottage.

Outside, guests can relax on the private terrace with a picnic bench and barbecue, or explore the spacious communal gardens, children's play area, splash pool, and jacuzzi. There is also an on-site cafe/bar for convenience. Parking is available for one car close to the cottage, and check-in is at 3pm with check-out at 10am. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with a charge of £25 per week for up to 2 dogs. The property does not allow smoking and may require an Accidental Damage Deposit or Waiver. Travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
