The double bedroom is the last word in casual luxury and enjoy peaceful river views from the bath. Both the cosy living and dining rooms make the most of the spectacular views and offer every convenience as you'd expect. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, and we can arrange for a hamper of delicious goodies to be waiting for you on arrival. Accommodation Ground Floor: Separate living room and dining room with modern kitchen. First Floor: Double zip & link 6ft bed (can be twin) with TV and iPod dock. Separate bathroom with roll-top bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubicle & WC. Exterior: Large garden with mature apple trees. Portable BBQ provided in the spring and summer months. Facilities & Services Heating is via central heating and the cosy wood burning stove (logs supplied). The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern equipment including an electric oven & hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher & espresso machine. The lounge has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player, music system with CD, Radio and iPod docking station. WiFi available at the property & there is a telephone for local & incoming calls. There is a hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, a basket of wood for the wood burner, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is enough parking space for 2 vehicles. Up to 2 dogs are allowed at an additional cost of £50 per dog / per week although please remember that you cannot leave dogs unattended in the cottage alone. A basket of logs is provided
