Townplace is a cosy converted barn built from local serpentine stone and boasting a well-equipped kitchen and welcoming open fire. With a large private garden to the rear, the property is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. 

Just below Townplace is the village of Cadgwith. Make the short walk into this historic cove and see working boats braving Atlantic swells to catch crab, lobster, mackerel and mullet, just as they would have done hundreds of years ago. 

The cottage sits on the Lizard, one of the country’s warmest spots, and is surrounded by epic sea and countryside views. Enjoy a walk along the South West Coast Path, easily accessed from the cottage, and marvel at the rugged beauty of the area.
