The accommodation features a sumptuous bedroom and en-suite shower room on the ground floor, with an open plan living area on the first floor boasting an apex ceiling and dual aspect windows. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, a courtyard garden with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a meadow garden with surrounding views.

St Just, the nearest town to Land's End, is approximately eight miles west of Penzance and boasts a strong mining history with several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit. The town is ideally located for exploring the far west of Cornwall, situated on the edge of the moors and close to the stunning north coast. Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times, is located in the town center and has been used for the Lafrowda Festival in more recent times.

The cottage in Penzance is in a rural area and on the beach, offering easy access to the South West Coast Path Section 22 Trailhead and Tanglewood Wild Garden. Nearby attractions include the Sennen Surfing Centre, Trengwainton Garden, Acorn Theatre, and Grand Casino Amusements.
