Located in Launceston, Cornwall, this Olde Worlde cottage is a charming retreat for 2 guests. The original farmhouse kitchen fireplace with remnants of the clome oven in the inglenook recess sets the tone for a cozy stay. A wood burner on the slate hearth warms the cottage, while exposed beams and a stone chimney add character to the living area. Upstairs, a bedroom with sloping, beamed ceilings offers views of the orchard.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage, part of the secluded Ta Mill estate spanning 45 acres. The estate features a nature trail, wildlife ponds, a games room, pitch ‘n’ putt, and a children's outdoor play area. Sheep and alpacas graze in the fields, adding to the rural ambiance. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and shown to their cottage.

For an additional fee, guests can book private sessions in the hot tub or swim spa located in the old waterwheel pit nearby. The cottage also has a walled garden and patio for privacy, and allows one small dog at no extra charge. Pet owners must bring a dog basket, ensure their pet stays off bedding and furnishings, and clean up after their pet. Only house-trained pets are accepted, and puppies are not permitted.

In addition to its peaceful surroundings, the cottage is conveniently located near attractions such as Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, St Nectan's Glen, Trethorne Leisure Park, and The Hidden Valley Discovery Park.
