The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, Smart television, and dining area for two guests, with views of a picturesque stone wall adorned with summer flowers and a serene pond in the sloping gardens.

The shaker-style kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, leading to the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and modern en-suite shower room. Outside, a south-facing courtyard offers wooden outdoor furniture seating two guests and a charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining. Ta Mill House is close to Bodmin Moor with standing stones, streams, woodland, and lakes, as well as surfing beaches on the north coast just a 20-minute drive away.

At Ta Mill, guests can enjoy a range of activities including a 9-hole pitch'n'putt course, games room, outdoor play area for children, and a fully equipped gym. For added luxury, guests have the option to hire a hot tub, swim spa, and wood-fired sauna privately. Additional amenities include a travel cot and highchair available on request, one well-behaved dog welcome, and communal laundry facilities.
