The room was completely refurbished in 2018 and features a double bed, en suite shower room, and use of a terrace. The property is situated near the coast, just a 5-minute drive to the beach, in a very quiet area. Guests have access to amenities such as tea and coffee with an electric kettle, but no food or cooking facilities are available.

The studio has its own entrance from the rear of the house and is self-contained, with a low ceiling of 190cm. Guests can enjoy the terrace, which includes a large round table with an umbrella and four comfortable chairs. Additionally, one ladies and one gents bicycle are available at no charge upon request. The studio also features a TV with an Amazon Firestick for access to various TV apps, as well as wireless internet for connecting smartphones. USB charging points and a powerpoint in the bathroom are provided for convenience.

The main house on the property is not accessible to guests, as the studio is self-contained. Three dogs reside in the main house - 2 Golden Retrievers and a Hungarian Sheep dog (Puli). Guests can make use of the excellent bus service to Weymouth, with a bus stop only 200 meters from the studio. Safe street parking is available. The property is not suitable for children or disabled persons, and pets are not allowed. The maximum stay allowed is three nights.

In addition to its convenient location near the beach, this apartment in Weymouth is close to cultural attractions such as Weymouth Pavilion and Leighton Art Gallery. Outdoor activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, biking trails, and cycling are easily accessible from the property.
