Originally built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been recently renovated and features a log burner and air source heating for a warm and cosy stay during autumn and winter. In the summer, the private garden bursts with colorful wildflowers, gunnera, and banana trees, creating a tropical paradise atmosphere. The cottage offers privacy, with its own entrance and parking area, and is just a mile away from the sea and the South West Coast Path.

The surrounding area is a haven for wildlife, with opportunities to spot foxes, badgers, deer, and various bird species from the cottage. Nearby beaches and coastal paths provide the chance to see seals, basking sharks, and dolphins, making it a great spot for wildlife enthusiasts. The Lizard peninsula offers numerous public footpaths and bridleways for long walks, with easy access to the South West Coast Path for stunning coastal views.

Local attractions such as the Helford River, Frenchman's Creek, and Lizard Point are just a short distance away, providing beautiful scenery and historic sites to explore.
