Rumps is one of four spacious apartments that occupy Doyden House, a large home built in the early 20th-century for retired prison governor Captain Herbert Latimer Conor.
Soak up the sun on the extensive shared lawn that surrounds the property or warm up by the fire on days when the weather is being less forgiving.
The apartment is in the perfect position from which to explore the area. The South West Coast Path runs just past the house where you can hike to the popular seafront villages of Polzeath, Rock and Port Isaac which are all within five miles.
