The rental price includes fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburner, bed linen, and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located near a shop and pub, both just a 3-minute walk away. Guests should note that access to the garden and parking is along paths and steep steps, and the parking area is on a hard surface with 25 steep steps leading to it. The mezzanine eaves snug has limited head height, and the cottage is suitable for babes-in-arms only.
