A twenty minute walk through the valley brings you to the fabulous golden sands of Trebarwith Strand and the popular surfing beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay are just a short drive away. Trevalley is ideally placed for a restful holiday and for exploring all that this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer.

The Annex is ideal for 1 or 2 people wishing to enjoy a restful out of season break and offers compact yet very comfortably furnished accommodation. Full electric heating provides ample warmth for the cooler seasons A good sized twin bedded room has a small seating area with 2 easy chairs, wall-mounted TV/DVD with full sky package including movies and sport and offers wonderful views across countryside and towards the sea. En-suite shower room/wc. Galley kitchen/diner with elec hob and combination microwave/oven. Fully enclosed south facing terraced gardens with pretty patio area, garden furniture and pond, allowing you to enjoy the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline. On the garden level a games room with table tennis and pool table is available. This area also includes a sofa and a tumble dryer for guests' convenience. A good selection of garden furniture and a brick built BBQ will ensure you can make the most of outdoor living. Parking is available for up to 3 cars.
