It consists of three sympathetically converted cottages with ample parking space for one car per property and a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The ground floor of the cottage features a pleasant living room with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. A rear stable door opens to the back garden. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 5ft double bed and a bathroom with a W.C., hand basin, heated towel rail, and shower over the bath. The shared lawned garden includes a drying area for each property at the rear.

Local amenities in the village of Mabe, half a mile away, include a post office/stores and a pub, with a supermarket in Penryn just a 5-minute drive. The beaches of Falmouth Bay are approximately 5 miles away, while Stithians Lake Country Park, offering water-based activities, is 4 miles away. The Flicka Foundation Horse and Donkey Sanctuary and the gardens of Penjerrick, Glendurgan, and Trebah are all within a 15-minute drive.
