Guests have easy access to the property, with parking available for 2 cars. WiFi, electricity, and gas are included in the rent, with gas central heating throughout.

Guests should note that there are 12 steps from the parking area to the front door of the property and 10 steps down to the patio area. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with a maximum of 2 pets at an additional charge of £25 per dog per week. No smoking is allowed on the property. The changeover time is 3pm for arrival and 10am for departure.
