Situated just below the beautiful Hayle Bay (Polzeath beach), this spacious house sleeps up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms, making it ideal for family holidays or a peaceful retreat for couples. Guests can enjoy surfing, watching surfers from the sitting room, or taking long walks along the coast, with plenty of activities to do in and around Polzeath. The house features Sky TV, WiFi broadband, and off-street parking for two cars at the back, and was completely renovated in 2015, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Please note that reservations are only accepted in the same year as the reservation, with bookings for 2020 opening in January 2020. The property does not accept bookings for future years until the following year, and availability during summer holiday weeks is limited due to family or long-term repeat tenants typically occupying these dates. Located in Wadebridge, this waterfront vacation home offers easy access to the natural beauty of Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and St Nectan's Glen, as well as cultural highlights like Cliffside Gallery and North Cornwall Museum.
