The reception rooms are situated upstairs to take advantage of the magnificent views across the golf course to Trevose Head and the sea.  Constantine Bay - a glorious wide sandy beach backed by sand dunes and bounded by a rocky promontory at both ends - has appealed to generations down the years; parents can't wait to be able to introduce their children to the same wonders of a traditional Constantine Bay holiday they enjoyed when they were children.  The community of Constantine Bay is also well served by the Constantine Bay Stores, Trevose Golf and Country Club and the Treglos Hotel so all your needs are catered for.  However the Bay is only a mile or two from St. Merryn, a bustling village with pubs, restaurants (one with a Michelin star), post office, shops and filling station.  The historic and renowned fishing port of Padstow is just three or four miles away.
