The Summerhouse is a gorgeous holiday cottage located in Roserrow overlooking the lakes. Polzeath is just a 20 minutes walk away where you'll find beautiful beaches, stunning countryside and a great selection of seaside restaurants.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with marble topped wooden counters, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. There is also a large dining table with space to seat 10 people. The sitting room is beautifully appointed with big leather sofas, an exposed stone fireplace and a TV and DVD player. The sitting room opens out onto a conservatory with more seating and external doors leading out onto the garden where you'll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
The Summerhouse has room to sleep 12 people with 3 double bedrooms, all with their own en-suite, 1 twin bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull out bed.
