Located in Roserrow, Cornwall in the South West of England, Penhayle is a spacious and light detached house that can accommodate up to 12 guests. It offers magnificent lakeside views of The Point's golf course and is beautifully furnished in a farmhouse style with a nautical twist, making it an ideal choice for a multi-generational family getaway.

The ground floor of Penhayle features a large living area and conservatory where guests can relax after a day of exploring North Cornwall. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a food processor and dishwasher, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Bedroom five, located on the ground floor, has two single beds, two pull-out beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a power shower.

On the first floor, there are four additional bedrooms, including a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms serviced by a family bathroom. The spacious bedrooms provide ample space for guests to unwind and relax during their stay. The property also features a large grassy garden at the rear, ideal for children to play in while adults can enjoy the lakeside views and cook up a barbecue in the Cornish sunshine.

Please note that Penhayle does not allow pets and has a capacity of 10 guests, with an additional charge for 2 guests sleeping on trundle beds. Guests can also enjoy the facilities at The Point, but these are not included in the rental cost and must be booked separately.
