The property also includes a large parking area and a paddock for children and dogs to play in. Additionally, there is a covered Utility Area with a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guest use. The cottages are well-appointed with amenities such as Freeview TV, DVD players, and fully equipped kitchens with electric cookers, microwaves, and fridge freezers.

Barn 1 can accommodate 4 guests and includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with two small single beds. Barn 2 sleeps 6 guests with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two full-sized single beds, and a bedroom with one full-sized single bed and one shorter single bed. There is also an optional sofa bed in the spacious landing area for additional sleeping arrangements. Barn 3 is a studio apartment that sleeps 2 guests and features an open plan layout with a double bed and a wet room with a wheel-in/walk-in shower area.

Guests staying at Pen-Llwyn-Teg Longhouse are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are reminded that no single sex parties, hen, or bachelor parties are allowed on the property. Bed linen is provided, and towels can be requested for an additional fee.
