Each cottage on the property has a small enclosed patio area with garden furniture and wall-mounted electric heaters for heating. There is a covered Utility Area with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. A paddock and parking area are available for guests, ideal for children and dogs to play and exercise. The mobile signal in the area is variable, with EE providing the best coverage.

The property consists of three cottages - Barn 1 sleeps 4, Barn 2 sleeps 6, and Barn 3 is a studio apartment for 2 guests. Each cottage has a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances. Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, and there are shower rooms in each cottage. Guests can request bed linen and towels for an additional fee.

Guests are reminded that single sex parties, hen, or bachelor parties are not allowed on the property. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during their stay.
