Little Cottage in Praa Sands, Cornwall is a stunning contemporary beach house that sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms. The property features a hot tub, allows pets, and is located near the coast with an open fire. The house offers incredible sea views from all living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, designed by award-winning architect Alex Michaelis. The open plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows for enjoying the views, and a wood burner for cozy evenings. The property also includes a renovated self-contained room called The Love Shack with a king size bed, shower room, kitchenette, and sea views.

The bedrooms at Little Cottage feature king size beds with sea views, and there is a family room with two sets of bunk beds for children. There are six bathrooms in the property, five of which are en suite, and a separate cloakroom with a WC. Outside, the garden has a large patio with seating and fire pit, as well as direct access to the beach. A hot tub is situated on the side of the house for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Little Cottage is located within Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the South West Coastal Path nearby for scenic walks to Marazion or Porthleven.

Guests can visit St Michael's Mount at low tide, accessible from Marazion, and explore the castle and grounds. Porthleven is a great spot to visit at high tide, where seals and dolphins can be spotted along the walk. The town offers a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. A 30-minute drive away is St Ives, with cobbled streets, quirky shops, and sandy beaches. Visitors can also walk along the South West Coastal Path to Carbis Bay. Little Cottage welcomes two dogs, but guests should note that the garden is not completely enclosed and has a path leading directly to the beach. The property sleeps 10 adults and 2 children under the age of 16.
