The lower ground floor of Westerley is home to four of the property's bedrooms, three of which are double bedrooms with king-size beds and their own en-suite shower rooms, with the fourth being a twin bedroom with two single beds which enjoys gorgeous views of the sea.

Also on the lower ground floor is the family bathroom, which has a double-ended bath. In addition, there's a fantastic little games room with a pool table.

Up on the main ground floor you'll find the extensive contemporary living spaces. The spacious sitting room has a bright and open atmosphere thanks to its high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and skylights, and has a large wall-mounted TV and soundbar for entertainment and an electric fire to add a warming ambience. A set of french doors from here lead out onto the sheltered sun-trap patio.

A superb sun room makes a perfect indoor space for enjoying the warm weather, with triple-aspect windows to make the most of the coastal views, a modern wood-burning stove, and access to a raised decking area which runs along the front of the house.

Self-catering is a breeze with the brilliantly equipped kitchen, which as well as great views has high-gloss units, a breakfast bar, a Smart TV, and all the appliances you could need, including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. When you're sitting down to eat, the dining area also boasts magnificent sea views.

The master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor as well, and enjoys great sea views. This room contains a super-king-size bed which can be made up as two single beds on request, and also has its own dressing room and en-suite shower room.

For added convenience, there's also a utility room containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Westerly is located in an acre and a half of grounds which boast those stunning hilltop views across the waves and are yours to enjoy. As previously mentioned, a decking area runs along the front of the house and there is also a sun-trap patio. A charcoal barbecue is provided for your use, and there's a surf store for keeping beach equipment safe when not in use.

Portreath's beautiful beach and all the amenities of the village are, of course, within easy reach too, making this the ideal destination for your Cornish break.
