This superb and spacious property cottage has extremely comfortable accommodation for extended families or friends. Entrance through conservatory/utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Large, well-equipped farmhouse kitchen/dining room with built in freezer, separate larder fridge, range cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Downstairs double bedroom, shower/wc.

Sitting room with open fireplace. Off the kitchen is a second sitting room with tv, through which there is a large, comfortably furnished garden conservatory. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with tv, three twin bedded rooms (one with tv), family bathroom/wc, separate wc and separate shower room.

Two extra beds for children under ten years of age if required.

Large secure garden with croquet lawn (equipment provided). Gas barbeue.

Dogs are welcome all year in this cottage.
