The property is in a quiet and convenient location, with two off-road parking spaces available. Children over 7 years old are welcome, but dogs are not allowed. A security deposit is required, and the pool is shared with three other smaller apartments in the building.
One mid-stay maid clean is included in the rent, and additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request. Guests can use the gas BBQ provided, and a 2016 guest review highlighted the luxurious feel of the property, with newly decorated interiors to a high standard.
